动态比浊法定量检测血液保存液Ⅱ中细菌内毒素含量

Checking bacterial endotoxin in blood preserving fluid Ⅱ by dynamic turbidity method

目的应用动态比浊法定量测定血液保存液Ⅱ中细菌内毒素含量。方法通过对样品中定量添加标准内毒素的干扰试验,检测其回收率应在50%～200%范围。结果确定血液保存液Ⅱ进行80倍稀释后可以有效地消除其对鲎试验的干扰。结论Ati320细菌内毒素测定仪可以高效定量地测定样品中细菌内毒素含量,替代凝胶法。

Objective To quantitatively determine the content of bacterial endotoxin in blood preserving fluid Ⅱ by the dynamic turbidity method. Methods Through the interference test,quantitatively adding standard endotoxin to the sample,the recovery rate should be ranged from 50% to 200%. Results After diluting the blood preserving fluid Ⅱ with 80 times amount of water,the interference in limulus test could be efficiently eliminated. Conclusion The Ati 320 bacterial endotoxin radiometer could efficiently and quantitatively determine the content of bacterial endotoxin in the sample,and substitute the gel method.
