摘要
在介绍知识管理与自主创新概念的基础上,阐述了知识管理对企业自主创新的重要性,分析了知识管理对提高企业自主创新能力的作用机理,提出了面向企业自主创新的知识管理模式。
On tbe basis of introducing the notion of knowledge managcment and independent innovation, this paper discusses the significance of applying knowledge management to the independent innovation and analyzes the mechanism of knowledge management enhancing the independent innovation abilities. Finally, a model of knowledge management for enterprises＇ independent innovation is put forward.
