摘要 浆厂使用C lO2漂白剂可以生产高白度的商品木浆,也有助于纸厂在生产高白度纸品时可以减少光学增白剂的使用。ECF漂白在把纸浆漂到高白度时纸浆有返黄的倾向,为降低返黄,多段漂白中的终段漂剂的选择最为关键。本实验采用H2O2作为ECF浆的终段漂白漂剂,研究了H2O2对纸浆返黄性能的影响。 Paper makers can produce very high brightness and whiteness pulp products with the use of chlorine dioxide in muhi-bleaching, necessitating the use of as little optical brightening agents (OBA) as possible. Since elemental chlorine free bleaching is oxidative chemistry related, pulps have a tendency to revert (yellowing) when they are bleached to very high brightness. The chemical used in the final bleach- ing stage of multi-stage bleaching is critical. In the paper, the influence of using hydrogen peroxide as the final bleaching stage on the bright- ness and reversion of the bleached pulp is studied.
