摘要
介绍了纸质文物的酸化情况和国内外目前常见的脱酸方法,对整本图书水溶液法脱酸的工艺进行实验研究。并对脱酸前后纸张的pH值等理化性能进行对比,用CCD、SEM、IR等分析了纸张纤维的变化。结果表明,应用真空微波干燥技术的整本图书水溶液脱酸是可行的。
This article briefly described the acidification process of the paper-based artifacts and summarized the deacidification methods widely-used nowadays. A research on the deacidification of a whole book without debinding by immersion was carried out. The study included comparing the change of the pH values of the papers and the change of physical properties of the paper fibres after deacidification by using charge couple device (CCD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infra-red imaging (IR). The results indicated that the deacidifica- tion of the whole book without debinding by immersion followed by microwave drying under vacuum is successful.
