科学发展观视野下高校大学生职业发展教育的探索

College Students Career Development Education:From the View of the Scientific Development Concept

针对目前高校大学生职业发展教育过程中存在着思想认识模糊、理论体系不健全、规划指导缺位、大学生主体自主意识缺乏等主要问题,从高校大学生职业发展教育的概念、意义和立足点入手,以科学发展观视角,提出坚持以人为体的指导思想,确立全程化、全员化、专业化高校职业发展教育理念;遵循统筹兼顾的根本方法,构建整体分层的高校职业发展教育体系;体现全面协调可持续发展,激发大学生职业生涯规划的主体和规划意识等三方面解决相关问题,提出科学发展观在高校职业发展教育中起着核心和灵魂的作用,主导着大学生职业生涯规划的本质、方向、途径的有效性和准确定位。

Current college students career development education has problems like fuzzy thinking, inadequate theoretical system, planning guidance lack, identity awareness lack. This article puts forward that the scientific development concept in the development of education in vocational colleges and universities plays a role in heart and soul, making the students aware of the essence of career planning, direction, and the accurate way of positioning.
