摘要
以圆孔损伤和裂纹损伤为例,在采用全机有限元模型的基础上模拟受损槽型梁腹板的承载能力,给出了损伤尺寸与残余过载之间的定量关系;证实了当损伤出现在槽型梁腹板等受剪板上时,量取损伤尺寸的方向应垂直于第一主应力方向的结论。这些结论为确定受损槽型梁腹板在不修理的情况下具备多大承载能力提供依据。
Based on finite element model of whole aircraft, hole damage and crack damage were taken as examples to simulate the load bearing ability of the damaged spar web; and quantitativee relationship between damage size and overload residual was analyzed. The other result proved that the direction to measure the damage size on the spar web should be perpendicular to that of the first principal stress. These results can be reference for the determination of the maximal load beating ability of the damaged spar web under no repair.
