摘要
某型机载武器在挂机飞行环境下,出现蒙皮局部共振现象,引起连接铆钉脱落。为了查找引起共振的原因,通过地面试验与挂机飞行试验,对武器主要结构固有振动特性及外界输入激励进行分析。结果表明:蒙皮发生局部共振是由于与其支撑部件固有频率特性接近引起共振,而挂机时出现的局部气流扰动,是引起共振的主要原因。通过改变部件的频率特性避开共振区,可有效避免该类故障的发生。
Local sympathetic vibration occured to the aircraft skin when flying with an X-style weapon, which results to brokening-off of the connecting rivet. In order to find out the reason leading to the resOnance, we analyzed the inherent vibration characteristic of the weapon' s main structure and the input of outer prompting through ground test and flying test with battleplan. Experiment result shows that the reason of the local sympathetic vibration occurred to the aircraft skin is that the frequency characteristic between the skin and it' s sustainable structure is almost the same, and the the local airflow disturbing occurrs during the flying with battleplan. It can be effectively kept away by change the frequency characteristic of the sustaining parts.
