摘要 从应聘者与招聘方各自的立场出发,运用博弈论分析他们博弈的过程以及影响其决策的因素。就这些因素各自的取舍,对应聘者与招聘方各自的策略给出了几点建议。 Stand the recruitment of candidates from each side's position, the use of game theory analysis of the process of their game, as well as the factors affecting their decision-making.
