摘要
为满足玉米超高产栽培技术的需求,提高玉米对生种子的脱粒速度和效率,根据玉米对生种子的特殊生理习性,研究开发了5TN-1型玉米对生种子脱粒机。介绍玉米对生种子的脱粒原理,分析玉米对生种子脱粒机主要结构的设计思路,并对脱粒机的性能进行试验分析。试验结果表明,该机结构合理、性能可靠、适用范围广泛。
According to the specific physiology property of the oppositifolious corn, type 5TN-1 thresher was designed in order to meet the cultivation requirement for a super-high yield of maize and to improve the threshing rate and efficiency. This article deals with the threshing principle of oppositifolious corn, makes analysis of the design of the main structures of oppositifolious corn thresher, and makes experimental analysis of the performance of the machine. The testing result shows that this machine is rational in structure, dependable in performance and is capable of wide applications.
