摘要
绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)输入阻抗高、开关速度快、热稳定性能好、饱和压降低、驱动功率小、驱动电路简单、耐压高和容量大,集合了MOSFET和GTR的优点,广泛应用于电子设备以及农业机械领域。通过对IGBT模块的工作原理、特性以及相关注意事项进行研究,以加深对IGBT模块的了解,促进其在实际工作的推广使用。
IGBT is a newly developed compound device. It enjoys such advantages as high input resistance, fast switching speed, good thermal arrest, lower saturation voltage, lower driving power, simple drive circuit, and it has been widely used in the field of electronics and agriculture. This article describes the IGBT structure, working principles, characteristics, requirements of drive circuit, usual driver and relative considerations so as to have a deeper understanding of IGBT modules and to promote its applications in practice.
