辽宁省农机技术推广工作的现状及对策

The Present State of Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Work in Liaoning Province and Countermeasures

在国家及省一系列惠机惠农政策的带动下,辽宁农机技术推广工作取得了新成就,保护性耕作等重点农机化技术示范推广项目取得阶段性成果,农机技术推广体系逐步完善,推广方式不断创新。同时,各级农机推广部门在引导农民使用新技术、购置新装备方面发挥着重要作用。针对当前农机技术推广工作中存在的投入不足、体制不顺、机制不活等问题,提出抓住工作重点、加强试验示范、搞好体系建设、抓好技术培训等解决措施。

New achievements have been made stimulated by the state policy of offering subsidy to farmers＂ purchasing agricultural machinery. Phased objectives have been met in promoting key agricultural technologies such as protective cultivation. The promotion system has gradually come into form and the promotion modes have been updated. Agricultural machinery extension departments at various levels play a major role in guiding farmers using new techniques and purchasing new equipment. In consideration of such drawbacks as insufficient funds, imperfect organization and inflexible mechanism in the present promotion work, the author puts forward such measures as focusing on key areas, strengthening demonstration, improving promotion system and emphasizing on technological training.
