摘要
介绍了节能减排的背景及开发CDM项目的商机和山西省煤层气CDM项目的情况,分析了在山西开发煤层气领域CDM项目的优势、潜力和山西省煤层气CDM项目的效益和前景。指出,以煤为主的能源结构中,井下瓦斯由煤矿废物和危险气体转变为清洁的、与煤炭共生的能源,其价值正逐步显现。
This paper presents the background of energy-saving and the business opportunities for CDM, and a brief overview of CDM project in Shanxi Province. The writer further analyzes the development of coal-bed methane CDM project in terms of area advantages and its potentials, benefits and prospects.
