叙述了山西煤炭产业转型的目标。认为煤炭产业转型是整个山西产业转型的核心。分析了煤炭产业转型带来的问题。指出,煤炭产业转型主要解决的问题是提高煤炭资源的利用率、提高煤炭企业的技术装备、提高煤炭生产的安全水平。
