摘要
介绍了2008年美国风能发电装机容量已跃居世界第一的发展状况,指出,在美国《2009年美国经济恢复和再投资法案(ARRA)》利好政策的扶持下,从现在起到2030年完全可以实现"20%风电目标"的计划。
This paper reports that the U. S A has leapt up to the top of the world wind generating capacity in 2008, and insists that by the end of 2030 it can reach its aim of 20 % wind power plan with the support of the American economic recovery in 2009 and investment act （ARRA）.
