摘要 仿人面部表情机器人研究难点之一是在有限空间内完成机械结构设计。文章选用舵机作为驱动,完成了一个结构精简、空间利用率高、成本低的仿人面部表情机器人的结构设计。该机器人外形尺寸接近真人,包含眉毛、眼睑、眼睛和下颌4个运动模块,由7个舵机驱动。整个设计在UG中三维建模并进行运动仿真,机器人能实现多个类人的基本表情。 One of the most important factors in research on facial robot is how to build a mechanical head device within a limited space. In this paper,a simplified structural design with high space utilization and low cost is introduced. The whole size of this robot is close to a human' s head. Four motion blocks including eyebrow, eyelid, eye and jaw which were driven by seven servos are described. Also, a three-dimensional model for the facial robot is designed with UG and several simulations of basic facial expressions are obtained.
