摘要 介绍了根据用户要求所研制的自动涂胶系统,用于实现汽车ECU生产过程中的PCB板冷却胶涂胶及装配等工序的自动化生产。该系统采用了PLC技术、伺服定位控制及人机界面技术,实现了对涂胶轨迹的精确定位以及机械手动作的自动控制;应用自动化仪表及通信技术,使该系统具有自我检测的功能,保证了系统加工精度。实际应用证明,该系统具有精度高、可靠性强、操作简单等特点,提高了生产效率,满足了客户的要求,取得了良好的经济效益。 This paper established a customized "Automatic Gelatinizing System" used for the ECU (electronic control unit) automatic manufacture to realizing the functions of radiator glue gelatinizing and assembling of PCB board (core part of ECU). The system described here adopts a PLC as its core. The PLC receives the signals from the glue gun, the cylinder sensors, the workpiece checking sensors and the position sensors of the x-y axes, etc. to carry out the automatic control of all the other components and the position and track control of the glue accurately by the using the PGUs and the servo motors. The utilization of the automation instrument and the communication technology ensure the accuracy of the system by the function of self-diaguostics. In practical application, the character of high accuracy, great stability and reliability and easy operating, etc, have totally met the demands of the customer and created great economic benefit.
