摘要 基于砌块法在合成含氟杂环化合物中的重要性,介绍了近年来涉及利用三氟甲基作为含氟砌块合成含氟杂环化合物的研究进展。认为"一锅法"具有高效、高产率和易处理等优势,有较好的发展前景。 Based on the importance of fluorine-containing building block in the synthesis of heterocycles, recent progresses in the study on the synthesis of fluorine containing heterocycles via Knoevenagel condensation and Michael addition reactions of trifluoromethyl-containing building blocks were introduced. The One-Pot Method was proposed for its advantages as high efficiency, high yield, easy disposal, and so on.
