摘要
分析了ACES尿素装置高压洗涤器和中压洗涤器易发生爆炸的原因,即在原始设计时,没有充分考虑原料CO2中爆炸性气体对装置安全的潜在威胁,爆炸性气体H2、CO等随原料CO2进入系统,导致系统内中压洗涤器中爆炸性气体富集,多次发生爆炸现象。增加了1套脱氢装置,用以脱除原料CO2中的爆炸性气体。实际运行结果表明,该脱氢装置可使得系统放空尾气中富集的爆炸性气体远离爆炸极限,达到了本质安全要求。
The reasons of the explosion of high pressure scrubber and middle pressure scrubber of ACES urea device were analyzed. The potential threaten of explosive gas in raw material CO2 for the safety of device was not taken into consideration during original design, explosive gases like hydrogen and CO entered into the system with raw material CO2, which led to the gathering of explosive gases in middle pressure scrubber and explosion occurred for many times. One set of dehydrogenation equipment was added in order to eliminate the explosive gases in carbon dioxide raw material. The result of the practice shown that this dehydrogenation equipment could keep the explosive gases gathered in the end gas of system far away from the explosion limit and thus to meet the intrinsic safety requirement.
