乙酸乙酯废水处理精馏系统压力泄放装置计算

摘要 以w(乙酸乙酯)=5%的塔为对象,就化工生产中常用的精馏塔的超压因素和所用压力泄放装置的尺寸计算过程进行详细的介绍。废水处理塔所需要的压力泄放装置的选型尺寸以再沸器换热管破裂工况为依据。安全阀需要的有效泄放面积为A=7.8cm2。对不同体系和不同尺寸的化工装置而言,需要针对所有的超压因素进行分析和计算比较后才能得出每一个压力泄放装置的选型参数。 The overpressure factors of the rectification tower and the size determination of the pressure-relieving device were introduced. The waste water containing 5% (wt%) of ethyl acetate was treated in the tower. The maximal size required of the pressure-relieving device was determined by the broken of heat exchange tube of the reboiler. The required effective area A of the relief valve was 7.8 cm2. For the various chemical processes, the required effective area and other selection parameters of every pressure-relieving device should be determined only through sizing and analyzing all the over-pressure factors.
