我国大学生职业生涯规划的问题及对策研究

随着高校扩招政策的实施,越来越多的大学毕业生面临着"毕业即失业"的困扰,高校毕业生的就业问题成为民众日益关注的焦点。高校作为我国大学生职业生涯规划的主要指导力量,应加强职业生涯规划的工作力度,积极引导大学生开展职业生涯规划,树立正确职业规划理念,并且应加强职业生涯指导课程建设与职业生涯规划全程建设,改进指导教育体系,为我国大学生职业生涯规划提供全方位服务。

As more students were enrolled in college, the employment of graduates has been the focus of people, for an increasing number of college graduates are jobless upon their graduation. This paper sums up the current major problems in career planning of college students and their causes, and put forward relevant suggestions to further strengthen and improve the guidance of their career planning.
