鄂西圈生态文化旅游产业的未来发展,在发展模式上,要形成以旅游业为引擎的复合型产业的内生外拓增长模式;在区域布局上,要形成"一圈、三地、六带、多群"的空间格局;在产业联动上,要着力加强与圈内外相关产业的协调发展并形成长效机制;在实现途径上,则要着力抓好重点项目建设、园区建设、特色建设、精品建设四个关节点。
