Discussion on the Parking Planning in the Urban Residential Areas in Kunming

从昆明居住区开发、机动车数量、停车价格和停车管理等方面简要分析昆明居住区停车现状。以昆明某居住区的停车设施规划为例,对居住区停车设施的规划进行探讨。结合昆明实际情况,对居住区停车设施规划提出建议,探索适宜昆明居住区停车设施规划的新思路。

This paper briefly analyses the current situation of parking in the urban residential areas in Kun- ruing from some aspects, such as the exploitation in the urban residential areas in Kunming, the number of motor vehicle , the price of parking and the parking management, and then takes one of the parking facilities planning in the urban residential areas in Kunming as an example ,to discussion on the parking facilities planning in the urban residential areas, and the last, gives some advices about the parking facilities planning in the urban residential areas by combining the reality in Kunming, and explores the new idea suitable to the parking facilities planning in the urban residential areas in Kunming.
