摘要
铅酸蓄电池应用广泛,但其使用寿命较短,极板的硫化是铅酸蓄电池容量下降、寿命缩短的主要原因。本文从铅酸蓄电池的工作原理入手,对硫化的原因进行了分析,针对硫化的不同程度,提出了不同的解决方法,并列举了硫化的预防措施,以有效的防止硫化。
Lead-acid batteries are widely used today, but their fatal drawback is their short life. The sulfuration of electrodes takes the main responsibility for that drawback, because it drops capacity of the battery and thus leads to the short life. In this paper, we analyze the reason for sulfuration on the basis of working principles of lead-acid batteries. Then, we propose different solutions corresponding to the degrees of sulfuration. In addition, some precautions are listed to avoid sulfuration effectively.
