胃癌及大肠癌Rb、p53基因改变及临床意义

Change of Rb and p53 in Gastric and Colon Cancers

作者采用ＰＣＲ方法对１７例胃癌、２２例大肠癌及癌旁组织ｐ５３及Ｒｂ基因进行了检测。胃癌及大肠癌ｐ５３扩增阴性率分别为６４．７１％、４５．４５％；胃癌及大肠癌Ｒｂ扩增阴性率分别为３５．２９％、４０．９１％。胃癌及大肠癌的癌旁组织，其ｐ５３及Ｒｂ扩增均有一定的阴性率。检测结果说明ｐ５３、Ｒｂ基因变化出现在胃癌、大肠癌早期。

p53 and Rb genes were investigated by PCR technigue in 17 cases of gastric cancer,22 cases of colon cancer and their adjacent mucosae.The change of p53 gene occurred in 64.71% of gastric cancer,45.45% of colon cancer,while Rb gene change occurred in 35.29% and 40.91% of gastric and colon cancers respectively.There were also some changes in adjacent mucosae in both cancers.It is suggested that p53 and Rb changes occur in very early stage in gastric and colon cancers.
