摘要
介绍了随钻测量仪测试系统中,基于MC68HC908GZ60微处理器的数据采集控制器设计。利用MC68HC908GZ60微处理器的串行外围接口模块SPI,实现微处理器与A/D模块之间串行通讯。采集到的数据通过RS-232串行接口送入计算机进行实时处理,用数据采集测试软件动态监测系统工作状况。通过测试系统联调数据曲线图分析,可知设计满足要求。测试系统的应用使随钻测量仪调试工作变得方便、直观,进一步提高了生产效率。
Introduced is the design of data acquisition controller based on MC68HC908GZ60 mi croprocessor in MWD testing system. SPI communication between microprocessor and A/D module is realized by using serial peripheral interface module SPI of MC68HC908GZ60 microprocessor. By RS-232 serial interface acquired data are sent to computer where data real-time processing is made. Data acquisition testing software monitors the system operation condition simultaneously. Test system uniting and debugging data graphs show that the design reaches the logging re quirement. The application of this testing system makes MWD debugging convenient and open and-shut, and the producing efficiency is increased as well.
