摘要
将正交试验设计法应用于射孔弹药型罩工艺的研究中,分析影响药型罩性能的工艺参数。根据试验方案完成了射流侵彻试验。根据试验结果分析,4个因素的影响程度的大小依次为药型罩材料成分配比、烧结温度、球磨时间和成型压力。确定了较优的药型罩生产工艺条件并进行了验证试验。通过试验可以得知,在药型罩工艺参数的确定过程中,采用正交试验设计法不仅可以缩短试验周期、提高效率,而且减少了试验次数,降低了试验成本。
In order to analyze the process parameters that impact the performance of shaped charge liner, orthogonal experimental design method is applied to shaped charge liner technology research. The test scheme is designed. According to the scheme, completed are the jet penetra tion tests and analyzed are the datum by test result, which shows that the influence degrees of four factors are successively the proportion of components of shaped charge liner materials, sintering temperature, milling time and forming pressure. Based on the test results analysis, identified are the better production conditions of the shaped charge liner. The test results show that the orthogonal experimental design method can not only shorten the test cycle, improve efficiency, but also minimize the number of tests, reduce test costs in determination of the process parame ters of shaped charge liner.
