大牛地气田射孔生产中合理生产压差的确定

摘要 射孔后造成地层、孔眼、井底之间存在压力降,从非达西公式出发计算了实际生产所需要的合理生产压差为地层压降和射孔压实压降之和。采用合理的生产压差不但能维持气井的产量,而且能增加井的寿命,是射孔优化的重要参数之一。实践证明采用合理的生产压差后井底积液情况明显减少,增加了气井稳定出气的时间。 There are pressure drop between formation, perforation tunnel and bottom hole alter perforation. According to Non Darcy's formula, calculated is the reasonable production pressure differential which is the sum of formation pressure drop and perforation compaction pressure drop. The reasonable production differential is one of the important parameters to optimize perforation, it not only maintains the production of gas field, but also prolongs the lifetime of oil/gas wells. Practice shows the effusion phenomenon decreases in bottom hole and stability outgassing time increases with reasonable production pressure differential.
