摘要
作者为探讨喉癌患者血浆中前列环素及血栓素的临床意义,采用放射免疫分析法测定32例喉癌患者血浆前列环素、血栓素A2稳定的降解产物6-酮基-前列腺素F1α和血栓素B2含量,并与喉部良性疾病患者及正常人作双重对照。结果表明喉癌患者血浆前列环素和血栓素A2水平显著升高(P<0.01),它们分别是正常人的3.17倍及3.73倍。血浆前列环素和血栓素A2与喉癌T分级皆呈正相关,前列环素相关系数为r=0.65(P<0.01),血栓素A2相关系数为r=0.52(P<0.01)。以上结果提示喉癌组织合成并释放前列环素和血栓素A2显著增加,并与喉癌T分级密切相关。
In order to study the clinical significance of prostacyclin (PGI2) and thromboxane A2(TXA2) concentrations in the plasma of patients with laryngeal carcinoma 6KetoPGF1α (a hydrolysis of PGI2) and TXB2 (a hydrolysis of TXA2) concentrations in the plasma of 32 patients with laryngeal carcinomas were determined by radioimmunoassay and compared with benign laryngeal diseases and normal subjects respectively. The results showed that 6KetoPGF1α and TXB2 concentrations in the plasma of patients with laryngeal carcinomas were significantly higher than those in the plasma of patients with benign laryngeal diseases and normal subjects (P<0.01). The values of 6KetoPGF1α and TXB2 in the plasma of laryngeal carcinomas were 3.17 times and 3.73 times as much as that in the plasma of normal subjects. The results also reveal that 6KetoPGF1α and TXB2 concentrations in the plasma of laryngeal carcinomas had positive correlation with the T category of laryngeal carcinomas, their correlation coefficient being 0.65 (P<0.01) and 0.52 (P<0.01), respectively. The findings suggest that laryngeal tissues might synthesize and release PGI2 TXA2 greatly as compared to the normals, their concentrations are close correlated with T category of laryngeal carcinomas.
