摘要
以重钢板坯连铸结晶器为研究对象,选用不同液面保护渣模拟材料进行实验,并结合实际生产结晶器内保护渣覆盖状况观察结果,得出水模实验过程中合理的液面保护渣模拟方法;在此基础上建立起结晶器内液面波动大小与保护渣覆盖状态的关系,结果表明在实际操作中结晶器内液面波动在3—7mm范围内,可得到比较理想的保护渣覆盖效果。
A reasonable simulating method of protective slag is presented in course of water modeling experiment with slab continuous casting mold as study object in Chongqing Iron & Steel Group by choosing of different simulation materials of protective surface flux to simulate slag on the slab continuous casting mold liquid surface, and combining with the situation of covered slag in practice. Then, the relationship is established between the liquid level fluctuation and protective slag coverage status in the mold, and the results show that protective slag coverage status is satisfied when the level fluctuation in the mold is controlled within 3 - 7mm.
