EEN联合肠屏障保护剂治疗急性重症胰腺炎32例体会

The Comprehending of Early Enteral Nutrition Combine with Bowel Barrier Protectant in Curing 32 Severe Acute Pancreatitis Patients

目的:探讨早期肠内营养(EEN)联合肠屏障保护剂在急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)治疗中的应用价值。方法:将32例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分二组,一组常规治疗,另一组在常规治疗基础上通过鼻空肠管给于早期肠内营养并加用肠屏障保护剂,观察患者症状、体征、白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、血清白蛋白变化情况以及对比其总住院费用、住院时间、结果:EEN组在症状、体癌、WBC、CRP、血淀粉酶恢复时间以及住院时间、住院费用均明显优于常规组。结论:在SAP治疗中应用鼻空肠管进行早期肠内营养联合肠屏障保护剂可以改善患者的营养状况,加快症状恢复,缩短病程。

Objective：To investigate the utilization value of early enteral nutrition（EEN）combine with bowel barrier protectant in curing severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods： Thirty-two severe acute pancreatitis patients divide into two groups randomly, one group admin conventional therapy, the other group admin enterat nutrition combine with bowel barrier protectant through nose jejunum on the foundation of conventional therapy, Observing the patients＇s symptom, physical sign. white blood corpuscle, C- reactive protein, time of hemodiastase recover to normal, sere-albuminous change information,moreover ,contrasting the total cost of hospitalization and length of stay.Results：The EEN group gain obviously advantage compared with the conventional group in symptom, physical sign. white blood corpuscle, C- reactive protein, time of hemodiastase recover to normal, the total cost of hospitalization and length of stay.Conclusions：In the curing of severe acute panereatitis, admin early enteral nutrition combine with bowel barrier protectant can improving nutritional state of patients, quickening symptom recover time,then reducing medical cost.
