脂质体携载前列腺素E_1与牛磺酸溶栓辅佐治疗的实验研究

Studies on liposomeencapsulated prostaglandin E1and taurine as a thrombolysis adjuvant therapy

目的观察脂质体携载前列腺素Ｅ１（ｐｒｏｓｔａｇｌａｎｄｉｎＥ１，ＰＧＥ１）和牛磺酸作为溶栓辅佐剂的作用。方法在大鼠腹主动脉血栓模型和离体血小板上，使用脂质体携载ＰＧＥ１与牛磺酸作为尿激酶溶栓的辅助治疗。结果与单纯尿激酶比较，脂质体携载ＰＧＥ１和牛磺酸联用尿激酶，缩短了尿激酶溶栓时间，增加了血管再通后血流量，在体外降低ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集。

AIM To observe the effect of liposomeencapsulated prostaglandin E1 and taurine (LsPGE1T) as a thrombolysis adjuvant. METHODS Thrombolytic effect of LsPGE1T with urokinase (UK) was investigated in the rat model of abdominal aorta thrombosis and in vitro blood platelet. RESULTS LsPGE1T together with UK shortened thrombolysis time, increased blood flow and decreased platelet aggragation induced by ADP in comparison with UK alone. CONCLUSION The results demonstrate the potential feasibility of LsPGE1T as a thrombolysis adjuvant.
