头痛宁胶囊治疗慢性紧张型头痛148例临床观察

The Clinical Evaluation of Toutongning Capscule for Chronic Tension-type Headache

目的:观察头痛宁胶囊治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:288例慢性紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组148例(头痛宁胶囊),对照组140例(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊),疗程4周。观察头痛严重程度,记录患者服药前及服药4周后的变化。结果:对照组有效率为79.29%,治疗组有效率为93.24%%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻。结论:头痛宁胶囊对伴有颅周肌肉收缩的慢性紧张型头痛安全有效,其疗效明显优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊组。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Toutongning Capscule in the treatment of Chronic Tension-type Headaehe（CTTH））. Methods： 288 patients with Chronic Tension-type Headache were randomly divided into treatment group（n=148, Toutongning Capseule） and control group（n=140, flunarizine）, each group has a 4-week eycle of the therapy. Results： The efficiency rate in treatment group was 93.24%,and that in control group was 79.29%, There were marked difference in the two groups（P〈0.05）o There was no distinct adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion：Toutongning Capscule is safe and effective in the treatment of Chronic Tension-type Headache .
