厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨厄贝沙坦的降压效果。方法:选择高血压患者60例,选用厄贝沙坦150mg,1次/d,共观察8周。结果:厄贝沙坦作为一种血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂,产生已知效应。结论:厄贝沙坦用于治疗轻、中度高血压患者安全、有效,值得推广。 Objective: The antihypertensive effect of irbesartan. Methods: Select 60 patients With hypertension, use Irbesartan 150mg, 1 times / d, were observed for 8 weeks. Recruits: Irbesartan as an angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist, resulting in a known effect. Conclusions: Irbesartan for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertensive patients safe, effective and worthy of promotion.
