摘要
目的:研究自制的镍钛合金冠状动脉内经心室壁内支架对急性心肌梗死猪心功能的影响。方法:用猪结扎冠状动脉的方法建立心肌梗死动物模型,使用释放器植入自制的冠状动脉内经心室壁内支架,并于正常、冠状动脉结扎后、支架释放后3个时间点分别检测实验动物的HR、SP、DP、MP、LSVP、LVdp/dt_(max)、LV-dp/dt_(max)、IP、LVEDP、V_(pm)、V_(max)等指标,术后解剖动物心脏。结果:心肌梗死后,LVSP、IP、Vpm、V_(max)、LVdp/dt_(max)、SP、DP、MP值与结扎前基线值相比明显降低,LV-dp/dt_(max)、LVEDP则明显升高,P<0.05;而当冠状动脉内经心室壁内支架释放成功后,LVSP、IP、V_(pm)、V_(max)、LVdp/dt_(max)、SP、DP、MP的值相对于冠脉结扎后的值有明显的升高,P<0.05;经解剖观察支架是通畅的。讨论:镍钛合金支架具有良好的理化性能及生物相容性,能改善实验动物心肌梗死后的心功能。
Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of transmyocardial intracoronary stent on heart dysfunction in acute myocardial infarction.Methods:We implant stent in AMI anmimal model in pig and record the value of HR,SP, DP, MP, LVSP, IP, Vpm.Vmax,LV dp/dtmax,LV-dp/dtmax,LVEDP at three time point baseline,post LAD ligation,post stent delivery, When the animal was sacrificed after implantion we anatomise the heart.Results:Atter LAD ligation completely, LVSP, IP.Vpm,Vam,LV dp/dtmax,SP, DP, MP decreased observably than before, while LV-dp/dtmax LVEDP increased markedly than before. After stent implantation, LVSP, IP, Vpm,Vmax.LV dp/dtmax,SP, DP, MP incresead observably than LAD ligation. The stent was patent by anatomy.Conclusions:Transmyocardial intracoronary stent possed excellent physical and biological character, The stent probably improved heart dysfunction after AMI.
