摘要
运用DEFORM-3D软件对弧齿锥齿轮冷镦挤工艺进行数值模拟分析,得出了零件在成形过程中的金属流动状况,并模拟了有、无工艺凸台2种成形过程.通过载荷-行程曲线可知,在模具中设置工艺凸台孔可以降低成形力.工艺实验表明,实验结果与数值模拟结果基本相符.
The numerical simulation with DEFORM-3D is used for cold upsetting-extruding process of the spiral bevel gear, and the metal flowing situation of parts during the forming process is obtained. Two kinds of the forming process with craft boss and without craft boss are simulated. Setting craft hole in the mold can reduce the forming force through the load-stroke curves. The process tests show that the experimental results are basically consistent with the numerical simulation.
