摘要
采用等离子喷焊技术,在45钢表面制备了镍基合金碳化钨复合涂层,并对喷焊层的微观结构、显微硬度及耐磨性进行研究.结果表明:喷焊层与基体之间的结合紧密,形成良好的冶金结合,界面处出现细晶粒区.45钢经喷焊后具有明显优于普通碳钢的高硬度及耐磨性能,可用于代替高合金热作模具钢.
The Ni-based alloy-WC composite coatings are sprayed on the surface of 45 steel by plasma spray welding. The analyses on microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings are carried out. The results show that metallurgical bonding forms between the coatings and the substrate, and the refined crystal grains are obtained at the interface. The hardness and wear resistance of 45steel after plasma spray welding are obviously better become a substitute for high-alloy hot work die steel.
