摘要
采用传统的电子陶瓷工艺制备样品,研究烧结参数(温度和时间)对(Ba0.6Sr0.4)TiO3-MgO复合陶瓷烧结特性、微观结构及介电性能的影响.结果表明:样品的径向收缩率和表观密度在1 550℃达到最大值;不同烧结时间的样品径向收缩率和表观密度在烧结3 h达到最大值;达到1 550℃时,样品的介电常数达到最大值,同时介电损损耗达到最小值;烧结3 h时,样品的介电常数达到最大值,同时介电损损耗达到最小值;在烧结3 h时样品的介电可调度最大.
(Ba0. 6Sr0. 4)TiO3-MgO composite ceramics were fabricated by a standard ceramics processing. Effect of the sintering temperature and time on sintering properties, microstrueture and dielectric properties of samples were systemically studied. The results show that the radial shrinkage and the bulk density of the samples reached the maximum when the sintering temperature and time were 1550℃ and 3h, respectively. In addition, we obtained the biggest dielectric constant, the biggest tunability and the lowest dielectric loss of composite ceramics under above sintering conditions.
