摘要
发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务。聊城是农业大市,发展现代农业,对于加快建设强市名城、实现新跨越具有重要意义。2007年,就加快发展聊城现代农业进行了专题调研。认为加快发展现代农业,应深刻理解发展现代农业的内在要求,准确把握聊城市农业的发展现状,紧密结合聊城市实际,着力解决制约农业生产力发展的一系列矛盾和问题,在一些重点领域和重点环节上取得实质性突破,实现农村经济的大发展、大跨越。
