水-甘油通道蛋白AQP7与高脂肪饮食诱导的小鼠肥胖机制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高脂肪饮食对小鼠表型影响及水-甘油通道蛋白AQP7的表达变化。方法称重比较正常及高脂肪饮食小鼠主要脂肪组织重量,利用RT-PCR方法对正常及高脂肪饮食小鼠AQP7进行mRNA表达水平检测。结果高脂肪饮食使小鼠体重及主要脂肪组织增重明显,且高脂肪饮食小鼠AQP7表达下调。结论AQP7在高脂肪诱导肥胖小鼠脂肪组织的表达下调,提示其可能是参与肥胖形成的主要水通道蛋白。 Objective To study the effect of high fat diet on mice and the expression of aquaglyceroporin 7 during this process.Methods Weight the main fat tissue and assay the expression level of AQP7 in normal and high fat diet mice by RT-PCR.Results The weight of main fat tissue was significantly increased,however,AQP7 expression was decreased in high fat diet mice.Conclusion The decreased expression of AQP7 in high fat diet mice suggests that AQP7 is a important aquaglyceroporin during fat metabolism.
