摘要
利用我国2006年1月至2008年1月的房价指数、货币供应量和外汇储备的月份数据建立VAR模型,使用格兰杰因果检验方法和脉冲响应函数研究我国流动性过剩对房价波动的动态影响,得出结论:流动性过剩是影响房价波动的重要原因,房地产价格对流动性过剩的冲击会有一个正的脉冲响应。
In this article, using the reserves month of data in our country from January 2006 to January 2008 of the house price index, money supply and foreign exchange to establish the VAR model, uses the Granger causality test method and the impulse response function to study China' s excess liquidity of the dynamic effects of price fluctuations, comes to the conclusion : the excess liquidity is an important reason to influence the fluctuation in prices, real estate prices of the impact of excess liquidity will have a positive impulse response.
