摘要
家族企业文化创新要实现从经验管理文化到制度管理文化的提升;实现从任人唯亲向任人唯贤的转变;实现由个人独断文化向民主管理文化转变;实现从利润第一的企业文化到追求社会效益最大化的企业文化的跨越;实现由模仿文化向创新文化的转变;实现由家族企业文化向共生型的企业文化转变;实现由重信任文化向重契约文化的转变;实现家族企业文化与现代企业文化的融合。
Culture innovation in family business will implement the following eight cognition changes: the promotion from the culture of experience management to the culture of institutional management, appointing people by abilities not favoritism ; democratic management instead of arbitrary, getting the biggest social profit instead of the biggest economic profit in enterprise culture, the change from imita- tion culture to innovation culture, from family enterprise culture to symbiotic culture, from trust culture to covenant culture, and achieve the integration of family enterprise culture and modern corporate culture.
