区域发展已由单纯的追求经济利益最大化转向对区域生态系统的全面可持续发展的追求。基于可持续发展的战略理念,探求区域生态化与区域可持续发展的应然契合,进而通过法治建设跟进保障区域生态化实现,促进区域的可持续发展。

The development of area becomes from a simple pursuit of economic benefits to the overall sustainable development of ecological area. Based on the strategy concept of the sustainable development, the author identifies the integration point between the development of ecological area and the sustainable development of area. Finally, the author proposed to protect the ecological area through the construction of the rule of law and promote regional sustainable development.
