摘要
以ZrO2和H2SiO3为原料,采用高温固相法合成ZrSiO4。借助X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,研究球磨时间、引入锆英石晶种、保温时间、煅烧温度等因素对ZrSiO4合成的影响。结果表明:球磨时间、保温时间及煅烧温度是影响ZrSiO4合成的主要因素,引入ZrSiO4晶种对ZrSiO4的合成没有明显的影响;合成ZrSiO4的较佳工艺条件为:球磨时间为24h,保温时间为3h,煅烧温度为1500℃;合成ZrSiO4粉体的纯度达到84.18%,平均晶粒为1.5μm。
Zircon was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method,using H2SiO3 and ZrO2 as the main raw materials.Effects of the milling time,the introduction of zircon crystalloid,heat preservation time,and the calcining temperature on the synthesis of zircon were researched by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and other analytical tools.The results indicate that milling time,calcining temperature and heat preservation time are the main factors for the zircon synthesis.The introduction of zircon seeds to the zircon synthesis shows no significant impact.The best conditions for zircon synthesis are as follows:a milling time of 24 h,a heat preservation time of 3 h,and a calcining temperature of 1 500 ℃;the zircon powder's purity for synthesis is 84.18% and the average crystal granularity is 1.5 μm.
