Ⅵ型Ehlers-Danlos综合征合并肾动脉自发破裂及肾动脉-下腔静脉瘘形成一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，32岁。因无诱因发生剧烈右腰区疼痛伴肉眼血尿2d于2006年11月7日急诊入院。既往幼年始皮肤易破损，其母亲与他特征相似。行常规检查后，初步判断为泌尿系疾病收入泌尿外科。入院后第2天发生充血性心力衰竭，呼吸困难，不能平卧。彩色超声检查排除了泌尿系结石疾病，发现与肾动脉和下腔静脉相连的巨大血肿转入血管外科。体格检查：脉搏91次／mim，血压130／90mmHg，
