How to leap over traditional enterprise for gelolgical prospecting units from institution system directly to modern enterprise during the reform of enterprises and institutions in China is a great subject relating to the existence and development for geological prospecting cause. Based upon the reality of geologic prospecting units, the paper puts forward the “leap pattern” system transformation for the units from the reform of property right management, ownership system structure, industrial structure, personnel system and distribution system.
