摘要
SA8000标准又称社会责任管理体系,是全球首个国际道德标准,是以保护劳动环境和条件、劳工权利等为主要内容的管理标准体系。它对工作环境、员工健康与安全、员工培训、薪酬、工会权利等问题指定了最低要求。本文通过介绍SA8000的含义、内容及对外贸企业产生的影响,在此基础上有针对性地提出应对的策略。
SA8000 standard also known as the social responsibility management system, it points the minimum requirements of working environment, employee health and safety, staff training, salary, trade union rights and other issues specified. This paper describes the meaning of SA8000, content and the impact of foreign trade enterprises, on this basis, in a targeted manner raised the question of strategy.
