加强和改进大学生思想政治工作,是时代赋予高校的重大历史课题和现实任务,而坚持和贯彻以人为本的精神,是高校辅导员做好思想政治工作的前提和基础。高校辅导员只有坚持以人为本的原则,才能创新大学生思想政治工作。
To uphold and implement people-oriented spirit of the college counselors ,and to do a good job of ideological and political work are the premise and foundation. College counselors only by adhering to the people-oriented principle, can the innovation of ideological and political work of university students.
