加味增液汤治疗精神药物致口干便秘对照研究

目的:研究加味增液汤治疗精神药物所致口干、便秘的疗效和不良反应。方法:128例服用精神药物所致口干、便秘的住院患者随机分为两组,中药组在使用精神药物基础上加用加味增液汤,对照组单用精神药物,于疗前及治疗1、2、4周分别进行口干、便秘程度评定和不良反应的评定。结果:中药组总有效率为93.9%,对照组有效率为25.8%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中药组无不良反应。结论:加味增液汤治疗精神药物所致口干、便秘安全有效。

Objective： To study on the efficacy and adverse reactions of Jiawei Zengyetang in treatment of dry mouth, constipation caused by psychotropic drugs. Methods： To divide the 128 inpatients who had taken psychotropic drugs and had the symptoms of dry mouth and constipation into two groups by the method of random grouping, add modified creasing decoction to the TCM group on the basis of using psychotropic drugs; the control group took psychotropic drugs alone, evaluated both the degree of dry mouth, constipation and adverse reactions before the treatment and 1,2,4 weeks after the treatment. Results： The effective rate in the TCM group and the control group was 93.3% and 25.8% respectively. The difference was significant （P〈0.01）. No adverse reaction occurred in the TCM group. Conclusion： Jiawei Zengyetang is effective and safe in the treatment for dry mouth and constipation caused by psychotropie drugs.
