临床护理路径在肺叶切除患者中的应用

The application effect of clinical step-by-step nursing to the patien underwent lobectomy

目的:探讨临床护理路径在肺叶切除患者中的应用效果。方法:将62例肺癌患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组32例。观察组采用临床护理路径进行全程护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果:观察组患者平均住院日、疾病知识测试成绩和护理质量满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径的应用可缩短患者的平均住院日,降低医疗成本,提高患者对疾病知识的认知度和对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of clinical step-by-step nursing to the patient underwent lobectomy. Methods：The 62 patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups, subject group with 30 patients and control group with 32 patients randomly. Patients in subject group underwent clinicalstep-by-step nursing in hospital, and the paitents in control group were given traditional routine nursing care. Results＇Even hospital-day, nursing quality, and disease knowledge examination result in patients of subject group were statistically different from the control group, with P value less than 0.01. Conclusion：Clinical step-by-step nursing might reduce average hospital-day, and medical cost; what＇s more, might increase patients＂ understanding level to their illness and the satisfaction for the nursing care. Therefore, the clinical nursing way might be worth to develop widely.
