人工股骨头置换和人工全髋关节置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的比较分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨人工股骨头置换和人工全髋关节置换在治疗老年股骨颈骨折中的疗效。方法:选取2003年2月~2009年2月,年龄>80岁,股骨颈骨折Ⅲ型以上的患者分别采用人工股骨头置换和人工全髋关节置换术进行治疗,共37例。结果:本组37例,平均随访36个月。依据Harris评分系统,人工股骨头置换组优良率为87.5%,髋痛完全缓解率为89%。而人工全髋关节置换组优良率为84.4%,髋痛完全缓解率为94%。结论:对高龄、身体条件差、无法行大手术的患者行人工股骨头置换;对身体条件好,无禁忌证者,宜行人工全髋关节置换。
